Resolution:
1. Check the wireless signal.
2. Make sure that the wireless connection is on
Refer to paragraph "Configuring the washing machine wireless connection" in "WiFi - Connectivity setup" chapter in the user manual..
3. Check your home network and the router.
4. Restart the router.
5. Contact your wireless service provider if there are further problems with the wireless network.
